- After cool take all the dough in plate and begin to knead it,now make small balls from the dough, roll the balls till smooth with your palms,fill the stuffing and cover edges together them
- Now make all modak and steam in steamer pan once the modak are steamed drizzle 2 tsp ghee on modak serve hot...
