- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp White wine (or sake)
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Heavy cream

- Cut the vegetables into even bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
