Now Stirr this batter once again.Heat water in a steamer.Put a stand.Grease the plate with oil and pour this batter to form a thin layer.(4 ladlefull).Keep the plate in the steamer for 4-5 min.wrap the lid with cotton cloth and Cover the steamer.cook it on medium flame.It will get cooked very fast in 4-5 min.
  3. Take out the plate,put another plate in steamer and let it cook in the same manner for 4-5 min.when the previous plate is cooled,cut the khandavi in long strips and make rolls as shown in the picture.
