- 3/4 cup Thai paste
- 2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup pea
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets boiled
- 1/4 cup paneer cubes
- 1/2 baby corns slice cut
- 1/2 cup bell pepper cubes
- 3/4 cup mushroom slice cut
- 1/4 cup zucchini slices
- Pinch Sugar
- as per taste Salt

- For Steamed rice
- 1 cup rice soaked
- 5-6 lemon grass stick (tied with thread)
- 1/4 cup basil leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
- 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp green chilles
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Steps to make to make Green Thai curry with steamed rice
- For Thai paste. Put all ingredients in a jar & blend it.
- Now heat oil in Kadai & sauté veggies one by one for 2 minutes Then transfer it in plate & keep aside.
- Now again heat oil & add Thai paste & sauté it on medium flame once it cooked add veggies & some water to make it curry, now cook it for some time when it gets a good consistency.
- Now for rice boil the water & add all ingredients in water except rice & coconut milk once water gets boiled then add rice & cook it.
- Once rice get cook 95% then remove lemongrass & then cook it 100% & drained them then again put them in Kadai & add coconut milk & cover the lid & cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame & stir it occasionally
- Once cooked served with curry
