- Sprinkle fresh pepper over the top of the sour cream mixture atop the fish.
- Place dish in broiler, having prewired the oven. Cook 4 minutes for each side; can also try 8 minutes total broiling without turning. See which you like best.
- NOTE: The result: Fish will be steamed with the white wine, and the sour cream mixture will be cooked into the fish.
- Serve hot from the oven; or chill fully and serve for a great summer luncheon treat!
